Outstanding customer service.
Initial tube sent out did not work. After contacting the suppliers they immediately sent me a replacement trusting that I was not trying to get a freebie. Replacement arrived promptly and I am pleased to say that I am seeing the light! Very impressed with the customer service and highly recommended. Thank you.

How can something like this be delivered to a customer
Bulb was completely smashed inside the box with pieces of glass all over my carpet downstairs. I could hear the pieces of glass in the cardboard box before I opened it and when I opened it I was appalled. I'm absolutely fuming because now I have to spend a whole day at home waiting for a collection between nine and five as an adult has to be present I am absolutely fuming I wish I had listened to the reviews

Good value, well packaged.
Works well and switches on quickly. It doesn't seem as bright as the original tube and emits a slightly harsher light. However it does the job!
