Works very well,good sound quality but the radio isn’t very good,but as we only wanted it to play CDs that’s not a problem. Good value for money,only minor niggle is that the lid to the CD compartment doesn’t open very far which makes removing CDs tricky but no doubt we will get used to it.

Stopped working after less than 2 months.Sound quality - poor.Remote control - sometimes arrows acted as 'ok' buton, really annoying.Plastic, poor quality design.

When we bought my first one, I used it for over a week. After that few weeks, I started noticing that it would not play some CD’s. First I thought that the CD was just scratched or damaged. So I tried another CD. This time, I made sure that it was clean and free of scratches. Yet again it would not play. We tried several different CD’s, but they would all not play. So what we decided to do was to return it and get another one. When the new one arrived, we used it for about a week. Then another problem arose. When the laser returned to the starting position, the motor that controlled the horizontal movement of the laser would move to far and it would grind the gear rack which will eventually snap off the teeth on the gear rack. It had obviously got knocked in transit and just needed a bit of a knock to get it going. I hope this helped if you were having problems with either the CD player not reading CDs or a nasty grinding noise coming from it.

I only bought this to play CDs so I cannot comment on it as a DVD Player. It really is an excellent compact design, easily assembled in a minute, simple CD operation and has a great sound. The only problem I have is that the radio reception is fairly useless, so if you want to use it as a radio you might be disappointed. As I did not need it as a radio this did not bother me.

This is easy to use, it’s compact, has a very clear sound, at present I only use it for playing discs. I use the desk stand as it makes it portable & I can use it wherever I go. Would definitely recommend this.

Item arrived promptly, even with the current situation and does exactly as described on the site. Very useful for watching the odd DVD that we still have knocking around the house. The Bluetooth is a nice additional feature if you need a quick speaker.

This is driving me nuts. It is a nice idea and if fully functioning would be quite handy but the remote was temperamental from the outset and just got worse. Trying to select t could take quite a while and then just didn't happen. I decided to try changing the battery and forked out another fiver but it made no difference. I'm currently trying to work out how to claim on warranty. Overall, this isn't exactly cheap but if it worked I'd be ok. As it is, at the moment, it is junk.

This product is excellent, east to use and install on the wall, was provided with tiny pins and they hold it on my wall with no problems. The DVD player works well and the radio too excellent sound quality. Would definitely recommend.
