If you spend any amount of time in the air, this is a must-have! It is absolutely amazing! Once I get situated and get over the fact that I look weird hooked up to the seat, I can sleep 7 hours straight on long-hauls. I previously purchased the larger version but it wasn't as comfortable and was heavy and bulky... Not something you want to drag all over the world. On a whim I decided to give this smaller version a try and I'm so glad I did. I've used it on several long overseas flights as well as some shorter hops and it works like a charm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I own the original FaceCradle, and travel with it on many trips. While I love the different mode/functions of the pillow, it was way to big and heavy. This is a much improve version of the pillow. It's much smaller, much lighter, super soft and very comfy to wear around the neck. Yet, it retain all the original functions that I love. I was able to sleep 6-8 hours on some of the 15 hours flights.My only complain was the pillow cover is still very very hard to take off just like the original version. Yes, I can get it done, but I wish it's easier than taking almost everything apart.

Not only is this a horrible product, the company does not stand behind it. I tried using this thing on a red eye flight to Jamaica and the thing is cumbersome, and flimsy. It wouldn't hold my head. Isn't that the purpose? The straps that they provide didn't even fit over my seat so I couldn't even try it in the position I was most hoping to. I requested a refund and they denied me because they said the product was now used?? WHAT? How the heck was I supposed to see if it worked if I didn't try the dumb thing. CRAP CRAP CRAP - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!

Fast shipping and great product.I'm unfortunately a paraplegic, and flying has been a pain in the ass ever since my injury.. The product really helped me improve comfort when flying!

I have never been able to sleep on planes due to nagging neck and back discomfort. I've tried dozens of neck pillows over the years, but none of them support my neck enough for me to sleep in comfort -- but then I found FaceCradle and everything changed. The FaceCradle is soft yet supportive. It offers several different modes to accommodate restful sleep no matter if you're in the aisle, middle or window seat. This newer model is smaller and softer than the original model yet it is as supportive as the original model. The strap can double as a shoulder strap for easy hands-free carrying through airports and the cover can be removed for laundering. I like this FaceCradle so much that I ordered a second one to keep in the car. It's great on long road trips. My young granddaughter tried it for the first time last week on a 6 hr road trip. She had fun experimenting with the various modes and found two that worked very well with her booster carseat. I can't recommend this product enough.

the cushion is very thin, u can feel the wire on your face, so its not confortable and it cant fold like other travel pillows, so it takes a lot of room in my luggage.

Has not used it in a travel, but initial trial shows it's shortcoming, that is, it's opening is not so much " Customized" , it's smallest opening feels too big to me, AND because the way it anchors on the neck, it feels compressing the chin.

Habe es bei einem 11 Stündigen Flug verwendet. Habe in der Mitte gesessen. Es ist Super vielfältig einsetzbar. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Ich habe schon ein zweites für meine Frau bestellt.

Arrived early. Lovely product. Sure will help me when l travel as l can find it very uncomfortable doing so, as l having RA which is especially bad in my neck. Leider zu schwer und unhandlich für die Reise. Auch die beschriebenen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten sind in einem Flugzeug aufgrund des beschränkten Platzes nicht möglich. In einem Auto schon, allerdings nur bei geraden Fahrtstrecken. Sonst pendelt man in Kurven mit dem Oberkörper hin und her.Der Verkäufer ist leider sehr käuferunfreundlich und hat die Rücknahme der beiden erworbenen Kissen verweigert. Dank Amazon habe ich meine Interessen durchgesetzt bekommen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Hilfe an den Kundendienst von Amazon!
