Really good quality and value for money.
The knife was to replace a good quality knife in a block set. I was very pleased with it. Very well made and much cheaper than the same knife in a department store. I thought because it was so much cheaper the quality would be low but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Great value every-day paring knife
I bought this to replace one from a knife block that had gone missing (I suspect it got accidentally thrown away in a cake box!). This is a perfect replacement, you really can't go wrong with Sabatier. This paring knife has a long thin blade (rather then the short stubby blade that you can find in other paring knives). It's nicely balanced in the hand and as sharp as it needs to be.Family are under stern instructions not to use this one for slicing cake!
