They are poor quality . As soon as they were removed from their plastic individual packaging a few of them were loose or the brush fell off completely from the handle. If by choice no star would be awarded. However the head brush has very soft.Ok so I was contacted by Nxconsu in regards to my previous issue and they where kind enough to send me another set if brushes. They apologized for the inconvenience and of course through shipping and packaging issues rend to happen and can happen to anyone. The new set is firm and the head brush soft I knew I purchased the right set from the get go. Definitely a brush set to have for yourself or as a gift.Thank you Nxconsu

While I don't expect much from brushes that are very inexpensive, I at least assume they aren't going to fall apart after the first wash. The base completely detached on three of them and showed how it was sloppily glued together. I was going to super glue them back but they were so lackluster anyhow I just tossed em.
