Excellent belt, BUT don't wear against bare skin.
Bought this belt a year ago; I've used it several times and have been very pleased with the support & relief I got from it, & thought that I needed to write a review for it. I hurt my side a few days ago & have used it, and gotten so much relief from it. MAJOR problem arose today though; I was washing our dogs and didn't want to get my shirt wet, but needed the support, so took off my shirt & wore it against bare skin. Almost immediately my ribs had burning spots, figured material was rubbing ... adjusted it and went on. Within 3 minutes I was burning & tingling all under the belt, so took it off. Finished washing dogs as fast as I could and went to let husband look to see what was going on; I looked like I had a sunburn everywhere the belt had touched my skin, and the burning didn't stop with cortisone cream, didn't stop till after I took a shower. After shower burning stopped, but red rash stayed. I feel that I need to state that I am very chemically sensitive, and react to a lot of things that don't bother most people, but really felt that at this point I had to get up off my duff & do a review. I would just say that if you give this belt a try, don't wear it against bare skin.

Had my doubts but now I'm a believer!
This really worked for me! I had severe pain in my back and hip for weeks...did stretching,yoga and my inversion table with no relief...used this twice a day and finally have great relief! Buying one for my knee now!
