Not sure it's working
It's not exactly what I had hoped for. I was thinking it would have some stretch to it that when one hunches, it would cause you to reset. But it is not like that. It's not easy to put on if you suffer with arthritis in your shoulders of which I have it mild.Because it's all black it's also difficult to find the ends of the velcro straps to readjust or take off. Pulltabs at the ends would be a nice addition. It is uncomfortable to some degree because it has no stretch.That's why I only gave it 3 stars. It might work for others though.

Effective
Got this for my teen daughter because I was tired of telling her to stop hunching over. I think she gets the idea now. She uses it when studying and eating dinner. I am hopeful that using this in combo with exercise and the occasional reminder will do the trick.

easy to use
I’m wearing this almost a day. It only make me uncomfortable for couple of days but once you adapted you gonna like wearing it.
