Not as flavorful as I would have liked
Having previously purchased a pear and cinnamon balsamic at a specialty store, this product did not compare. I use it with pan roasted pears. Although it works ok, I am really missing that punch of flavor of the pear and cinnamon.

Delicious in salad dressing!
I added EVOO, parsley, and a pinch of salt to create an EXCELLENT dressing for our spinach salad. Can't wait to try all the other flavors of vinegars and oils I have ordered.
