First, regardless of what the video showed, this did not come in a packaged box. It came with all the pieces loose in the Amazon shipping box with a xerox copy of the instructions thrown on top. For all I know, it could have been a return that the seller dumped on me. Next, when you install this, you must remove the return jet nozzle and the 2 inch long piece that is threaded into the side of the pool. Depending on how long it has been installed, you will think that the piece is cemented in, but its usually not. You will feel a couple of notches inside the fitting - you need to stick a screwdriver into one of the notches at a sideward angle and start twisting. I’m telling you, its not easy, Once out, screw in the fountain, adjust the flow and turn on your pumps. The last thing I will say is the amount of spray is NOWHERE near as high as the pictures. I installed this on the first jet in my system, the one with the most pressure, and the spray is lucky to go out 2 feet. The lights do work as the water goes through, but I’ve seen indoor meditation fountains with more force than this. Overall, it does make some water sound, but not worth the full price. Find it on sale, then maybe,

I paid for the deluxe and only received 1 thread to put in the jets. It also states no tool is required but we have to get a tool to remove the inner part of our jet which isn’t the problem. I’m very displeased that I didn’t get 3 total pieces. All around a very expensive purchase for what you get. NOT PLEASED. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known it didn’t come with 3 full pieces which it does not say on the listing. I have messaged them and will update the review accordingly.

Disappointing for the price.

This is a wonderful item. We were told it would help lower the water temperature and it did just that. It’s great to float under to keep cool.The only thing we don’t like is the Blue Tulip. Plan to take that off.

My kids actually have found with this I like itIf only the light would it go a little stronger would it be even better

Very disappointed. It did not come with the attachment to attach it to the inground pool. I have no clue where to get that piece. I am going to send it back.

Very poor quality! The water fountain was about 6 inches - not worth the money at all!Would not recommend this item to anyone

The Magic Pool Fountain works great, however I was a little disappointed as I expected the light to be brighter.
