Q: Could this be used for cat introductions? So they can see but not get to each other ?

Yes but they may rip the plastic mesh bottom panel. I have cats and they have not done this but it is possible that a cat on one side might try to do this. I would advise fitting a perspex sheet to each side of the bottom panel - glue or a couple of screws to avoid any issues.

Q: Does this require screwing into walls or somesuch to attach?

3 hinges with 2 screws in each and magnetic catches x3 with 2 screws in each. Have mine on UPVC door frame.

Q: Can you get these doors with cat flap or hole

Wouldn't think so but haven't tried

Q: Can these doors be easily taken off in winter, or permanent.

Yes you can slightly modify the hinges by removing the little lugs (easily with a craft knife or file) and the door will lift off. I have done it with mine.
