Don't waste your money
This book is very poorly written and difficult to follow. The movement is described in a way that will require further research to understand the stretch or exercise. There is better information for free on YouTube or within articles including pictures.

Solid unevenness designs!!
This is especially basic while getting ready clients with solid unevenness designs, as poor exercise framework and decision will simply decrease the issue. This book will disclose to you progressively about this subject. Very elegantly composed and steady. I adore it.

Pretty basic
The book was alright. Most of it you can find on the internet. It is really lacking on illustrations. They describe all the stretches and exercises, but a picture is worth a thousand words. I did find a few things I didn't know about before, and I like that they lay out a plan for you. Another review said that there are Youtube videos out there that provide better information, and I do have to agree with it. This book can get you some information, if you don't know anything about Anterior Pelvic Tilts, but I would recommend AthleanX's video on it as well. I think the guy was a professional trainer for the Mets, and he gives you much better anatomical detail than this book.

Ok
This book has no pictures and I found it difficult to follow just through description. It's a bit time consuming to break down what the exercise actually is through just words. I followed the actual exercise s through searching google. On the other hand, the author compiled multiple exercises in one book and a plan of 30 days. I still appreciate the author's effort to make this book and inform about APT. There's still things to learn.

What a load of crap
Just read the other reviews and for your own opinion. I'd guess 3 of these are legit. 4 now...

Could be better
An interesting read however a picture paints a thousand words and had it had drawings to show an example of the exercises, I would have gave it 5 stars. The references are good and allowed me not only to delve into more information but was presented with graphical details too.
