Feels comfortable. Very stable while using in the gymOk, I order ALOT from Amazon & I RARELY write reviews, but these headphones are blowing my mind to the point that I feel the need for a review. First of all, shipping. Unbelievably fast shipping. I kid you not, I ordered them maybe a week ago, if not less, and i've gotten them already. And I used regular shipping. That's very impressive. Now on to the headphones. They came in an adorable circular zipped up holder with extra sized tips, charger, etc. I had to change the size of the earbud to a smaller one (because I have tiny earholes lol). Also, i've always been iffy about trying headphones with the clip over the ear because I assumed it would be uncomfortable, but I got tired of my other headphones falling out of my ears, so I figured I would give these a shot. And boy am I glad I did! They are SO comfortable. The part that goes over your ear is some kind of soft material (not sure exactly what it is), but it is perfect. Now, on to how they work (my favorite part). I'm not a professional when it comes to music by any means. I am just a regular girl who loves listening to music. But in my opinion, these bad boys sound amazing! The sound is crystal clear and LOUD, which was a requirement when I was searching for headphones. A few times my son has came up to me to get my attention because I couldnt hear him, and he's 7, so he's pretty loud lol The sound coming from these headphones is incredible to me and they are simply perfect for my needs (listening to music while cleaning & various other things). I havent tried phone calls yet, but I am hopeful that they will be equally amazing for that. Ive ordered probably a dozen bluetooth headphones, if not more, in the past few years ranging from $1-$50 and these are by far the best quality ones i've ever received. It's only the first day using them, and I will update if I have any problems or issues, but as of now, I am SO SATISFIED with them!

I always have the urge to tweak the equalizer settings (so you'd think I would get an app with one - it is on my to-do list), but the replacement headset is quite satisfactory without equalization.I didn't mention it in the first review, but there were issues with my voice being understood when I used the first unit for phone calls. That is fixed as well with the replacement.So I happened to get a dud the first time. I didn't return it because it sorta functioned and I generally don't bother returning. Way overbass. Could probably be adjusted did my app allow it. It doesn't. Way undertreble as well.

WorkThere are a number of products with this particular design: Over-the-ear hook for stability, cable to connect both pieces to sync the sound (earbuds that are two separate units may suffer from this problem), buttons to operate various functions.. What makes this one better is that the sound quality is awesome for the price. I use these for running, so sweatproof/waterproof is a big plus (no, I have not tried submerging them). If they last a year, that would be a miracle, so it's important that I don't spend a lot of money on these things, but a run is made all the more miserable if you don't have music. The microphone is in the right earpiece, which doesn't pick up your voice too well, but if I hang the hook on my collar, it's fine (the sound quality would improve if you hold the earpiece in front of your mouth, which is annoying for long phone calls). The ONLY complaint that I have is that the cable is a little stiff, which makes winding it up to put in the case a more tedious task than it needs to be. Solution: Change the case.

Amazing!In short, these are the best headphones I have ever purchased. I am not an enthusiast, and I am sure of headphones that might sound better (although I suspect they are in this price range) but these sound great to me. They charge very quickly and they stay in your ears (or at least my ears) during strenuous exercise/exercise/etc. The size of the headphones is large enough, I think at least one of the pads fits comfortably in your ear. I don't believe these are waterproof (they won't be advertised like this), but I swim with them (above the water) and don't worry about them falling out. I haven't really timed yet, but I would say that 3-4 hours of use is a fair assessment, as well as 80% of the 30-minute charge numbers. The only way I want to make this better is that you can change the left and right phones and charge the other while you listen. (If you want to know, you can't, the one on the left must be at least active and charging..) But this is not a big deal because they are quite fast. In general, I like these headphones.

They worked better than I anticipatedChanging my 1 star to 5 star -- Fantastic Customer Service. .Works perfect with iPhone and Windows computer. Can pause/stop music and answer phone. I have had phone, windows, and android all connected to same bluetooth headset at same time.Great Sound. Took a while to find the the right set of buds (they give you 3 different sizes).Only things to improve - the rubber thing which is supposed to shorten the length of the strap does not work well. If your neck is exposed ( i.e. no long hair) the strap will stick to your neck when you are sweating.Of you want to sleep with these on - does not work well if you sleep on your side - get something that fits inside the ear better. Why the GREAT Customer Service?. I had a set that I was happy with and recommended to my son. The left ear stopped working after 45 days. I posted a review as it was 15 days after return policy of 30 days. Lo and behold a new set shows up in my inbox. FANTASTIC Customer Service. Thanks.
