very nice
Brilliant , just what i was looking for. First time set up took me approx 20 min and I was surprised by the quality. Nice and sturdy and the materials are very good. Delivery was swift (only five days) arrived in two packages with no damage at all. I havent tried it on the water yet but im off to Bala 03/07/14 for a test with 68lb thrust electric motor (no petrol engines allowed) and if it performs i know of a 15hp Yamaha outboard that I might buy. Packs away in approx 15 min and fits into provided storage bag with room to spare (minus aluminium floor and oars). Hope this helps if you are looking for a "rib" if it goes wrong at Bala i'll leave feedback , if all is good you'll not hear from me - i'll be having too much fun on the water!in

Great dingy shame about the pump!
Recently purchased, excellent construction and easy to put together. Once I have honed my skills I am looking at about 20mins from start to finish. Shame about the pump. The connector will not fit properly into the valves. This requires two of you to inflate it. I also bought a Coleman rechargeable pump which doesn't have the correct fittings either!!!!! Currently working with gaffer tape and a stanley knife to adapt. Anyway 4 adults fit easily and instead of the child we take beer.

Amazing price. 2
***GREAT PURCHASE***1. Amazing price. 2. Arrived in 2 & 3 days (two boxes). 3. Good design. 4. 99% strong build quality.Missing 1% on build quality, which is only one very minor point, and I have seen in other reviews of this item, is that the corners of the metal floor sections do require smoothing prior to first inflation. This only took a short time to do of course, and is no longer a problem.Placed a 3.5hp Evinrude outboard on this dinghy and this is a good hp for the size.*****5 STARS*****

Dodgy inflator valves
All the air valves are very cheap - they are not two part as they are supposed to be. . The outer part should be glued on to the pvc of the boat, while the inner part of the valve screws in to the outer part. There is no outer part. The inner part of the valve is screwed in to a supported side of the PVC instead of there being a two part valve. This means that there is a permanent slow leak In all three/ four chambers - quite good if you are at sea to have air leaking out of your boat. The trouble is the first time you put air in it stays ok. But if you let the air out and re inflate it that's when all the trouble starts with a slow leak - and that is when I discovered the valve discrepancy.I would not recommend this product at all. I did not buy it through Amazon - sensibly they are out of stock - lets hope it stays that way.

As I have facilities it was easy for me to make a repair but I should ...
Delivered quickly. On unpacking, found as others have noted, that the aluminium flooring has rough edges which need smoothing so as not to snag or tear the fabric of the dinghy. In addition I found a lot of machining swarf still in place which required removal. The edges of the floor pieces have a protective aluminium strip attached with pop rivets. On two of the three floor pieces these rivets were broken and the edge strip only held by one rivet on each. The broken rivet heads were loose inside the packing box. As I have facilities it was easy for me to make a repair but I should not have to do this. The dinghy fabric has splashes of glue left on it from manufacture which have not been cleaned off, although not a lot it does spoil the appearance. The dinghy seems robust enough and does handle nicely on the water, I popped a 5hp outboard on to test it and with two adults aboard was pleased with the performance. However only two stars because something is obviously lacking in their inspection department!

superb bit of kit, well made compares well to other inflatables of the same sized products on the market at half the price, the makers of this boat say that it can be used on the sea as well with no problems and in my experience jago have been superb in every way cant fault them at all, this is what selling is all about

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! THIS BOAT IS SEAWORTHY CATEGORY D NOT C AS IN DESCRIPTION! !!
I bought this boat as a gift for my son who wanted to go fishing on the sea with it, and he did. What with work commitments I was away in another part of the country and didn't see the boat until a couple weeks ago, when I did I saw it was class d boat not class c boat as per description. Class d boat is really for sheltered bays with waves no more than 0.3mtrs with occasional 0.5mtrs and upto windforce 4. Class c is for inshore waters with waves upto 2mtrs and upto windforce 6. I therefore contacted jago24 who were most helpful and understanding about the safety issue with my concerns for my sons safety and issued a full refund upon return of the boat even though it was purchased in June and I didn't know about this problem until a couple weeks ago, which is more than I can say for Amazon who said because 30 days had passed my claim for the a to z guarantee scheme was closed. Even though a helper on the phone said it possibly could be the fault of amazon and this would be changed immediately to class d which as I can see has still not happened, if you only want to venture out on calm sunny days and in and around bays this boat will do a superb job but don't venture out to far where the weather and waves can change at an instant. And always remember vhf radio and life jackets. So I would give 5 stars to jago for there help and 0 to amazon. So to be fair I will give a 3
