Absolutely love this house. My opinion attach to a fence. Looks great and offers more stability than hanging from something. The "bugs" love it.

I liked the design but not overly inpressed with the construction of the butterfly house. It did not have a panel that would lift up so bark could be put in or to be able to clean it out. That's kind of an important detail. If they would change that , it would be okay.

The person I bought this for was FLOORED as to the ingenuity of this beneficial insect hotel. Sturdy, lovely to behold. And they can't WAIT for winter to be over to put it in their back yard. Outstanding.

I hung this on a tree trunk several months ago but I don't have a resident yet, not even one. I figured I'd get some bees or something, but nope. It's an adorable little home though.
