This is great for support. Mine ran a little small (I'm a 36, 30) but it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was very impressed with this sports bra from Beverly Hills Polo Club that I purchased at a discount to share my thoughts, unbiased opinions and my experience. Initially It was hard for me to decide which size to get. I was debating small vs medium. I wear a 36c bra. I chose a small since my other sports bras were a small. The material is thin but surprisingly enough strength to hold everything in place. It is incredibly soft. There is no inner bra as some have but this is very comfortable to wear. I was happy that it fit so well. Just wanted to mention the pictures below one is from the mirror so you will see my dirty mirror. Sorry about that but I wanted u to see the fit of the back.
