You may want to look at the description for this cause it does say that it Includes: 2x 500ml Dosing bottles 1lb KNO3, 1/2lb KH2PO4, 1lb K2SO4, 1lb MgSo4 and 1/2lb CSM+B. If wrong please correct this thanks.

What option is better for a 400 gallons tank with low tech rooting plants like amazon swords, cryptos and vallisneria?? i already use root tabs...

I think using both would probably be the best of both options. With lower tech plants you wouldnt need to dose much dry fertilizer, maybe a full dose once a week. Thanks Colin

The PPS Pro would work alright for you especially if you have higher light and rich substrate. Would be even better with CO2.
