Not worth the money
Bought this photo eye to replace the old one. I have to say it is horrible and not worth the money. The old one was much better product! Had to call a local gate repair out to fix it on more than one occasion. The eye will stop working if it is foggy, or raining and even on a sunny day! Don't buy waste your money!!

Needed the exact make and model of Liftmaster product. Had it delivered in only a few days.Something that Liftmaster (and other "manufacturers") do is to upgrade a product with newspecifications and retain the original model # of the product.This product is the same model # as the original I replaced and it is a much better productthan the original I replaced.Thanks!

Replacement photo eye for our gates.
This purchase was to replace our photo eye on our gate that had quit working. When we removed the old one, we discovered it had gotten water in the unit, which caused the failure. This replacement supposedly has a heater inside to prevent this from happening in the future. It was easy to replace the old eye, but the directions to hook up the new wiring were very poor.
