These moulds will be great for ice cube. Not so good to use for cake decoration. But it could be due to me not being professional and making lego blocks from icing for the first time. I filled forms, then put in freezer for 10 minute as recommended in reviews. They were OK to get out but as you can see they don't look best. Hope my kid enjoys the cake.

If you are using the moulds for fondant then you will need to put them in the freezer for about 5/10 mins to be able to remove them without squashing them and misshaping.

Perfect blocks, but found it a little flimsy when transporting to the fridge etc.. the actual Lego one is a good bit more rigid and easier to move about with hot liquid in it.

Very easy to use and clean

These are great. Good quality, easy to turn out, colours retain their colour. I use these to make chocolate Lego treats for the grandchildren. Sorry, none left, all eaten!

It juat about works if you're using it to make fondant lego blocks. However, its not same size as real lego blocks and I found that I could only pop the fondant out of the mould by freezing it briefly beforehand, so very time consuming! Otherwise, its better than nothing. If you're a perfectionist, don't bother, as by no means do you get a neat lego block by the time you squeeze it out of its mould. Pretty from a far but far from pretty. Okay for making chocolate blocks though.
