Superb reference book with very helpful comparisons. Very comprehensive in coverage and great practical points made in the script. Value fir money and in excellent nick.

この本を1987年に購入していたのだけど、その事を忘れてしまっていて、amazonで古本として最近購入した。届いた本の背表紙のチョウゲンボウの絵を見てかつての事を思い出した。内容は、日本にもいるタカ類・ハヤブサ類がたくさん掲載されていて、白黒だけど細密画と写真も多数あり、十分役立つ図鑑だと思う。日本では、最近になってやっと出て来るようになった類の図鑑である。イギリスでは、40年くらい前に発行されているので、さすがにHawk(Bird) Watchingの先進国だなと思う。
