This product has really helped me not to feel sluggish or drained from lack of carbs. My body feels energetic, there’s no brain fog and no digestive issues.

It would be 5 stars but i think it works a little to good it cramps my tummy a little bit, i advise u not to eat spicy foods while taking this because u will pay for it when u poop, it did curve my appetite & im finding myself eating less. I'm not sure about the weight lost yet as im only a couple of weeks in, but it is working it does what it say it will do so far!
