101 Ways to Massively Increase the Value of Your Real Estate without Spending Much Money Paperback – January 1, 2002

I have watched Dolf's videos and like his style. His enthusiasm for real estate is boundless and fortunately infectious.Just finished reading this book and am glad I did. It's a short read which is great as it is always to the point. I have gone through a lot of these ideas in my head before but it's great to have it readily available. It will come in handy the next time I am rehabbing a property. I already own rental properties.I tend not to be critical of real estate books. Even if you get 1 idea from it, the book pays for itself many times over.

This is a very short book, so it's a one sitting read. A lot of the suggestions are obvious, but a few are pretty good ideas. The web site he speaks about with examples of quick fix ups is non existent, too bad, I really wanted to see the fix ups online.

I have yet to read this book but I did speak to Dolf today, 7/22/05 at Nightingle Conant Corp. After speaking to him about my real estate investment situation, I must say he is a true RE investing guru and very passionate about RE investing. He suggested I read this book. Can you imagine, for less than $20 I can get ideas to increase my RE portfolio value - WOW! Thanks Dolf.

Some of what is in this book I'd learned before - but a LOT of this was new. I felt the writing was very reader friendly. When the book came it surprised me - HOW LONG I sat reading it RIGHT AWAY.

a Very beginner book with great realistic ideas of how to update your property to get the most bang for your buck. I would recommend the other books of DOLF DE ROOS as well. check out his cd audio sets.

has great ideas the more stuff you buy for Dolf De Roos the more you notice He repeat himself like his repackaging some ideasI would moor later

Not a lot of content for the price.I expected better from this author after reading some of his other books.

amazing book , however after reading most of his books i find he uses the same instances time again , e.g. wet fish supply , funeral parlor , helipad , dolf's positive approach towards property make investing life so much easier !!!havnt heart from you dolf almost a decade , we need you back in public...

It is Very good to read, There is no complicated jargon. Even if you are first timer in the property business, This book is a great First book.

The book arrived from overseas in time and the customer service was excellent! i can recommend this shop without exceptions!
