Quality product that can handle heavier weights
If you have the need for extra weight capacity for your closet clothes, then this is your product. It's well made and easy to install. The only feedback on the ordering is there are many configurations possible, e.g., mix and match end bracket with end receiving tube (back wall to side wall) so allow for a configuration choice on the ordering. The order should then include appropriate center brackets depending on the length of the rod, e.g., 60" rod probably needs two center brackets for heavy loads. I don't mind paying a bit more for extra parts but want everything I need based on my scenario.

Replaced shelving not needed
The shelving was great. However, I returned the first order as we selected an incorrect item. I then purchased the correct shelving. It’s awesome. The company then sent me the correct item again, replacing the incorrect item. I now have to return this one. Misunderstanding between company and me. I did tell them I purchased the new correct shelving but they didn’t pay attention to my comments.

Highly Recommend
I absolutely love this shelf. I installed it in my laundry room. It's so versatile, it's perfect. You can use it to hang things from, use it as a drying rack and set detergent, dryer sheets etc on the shelf. It adjusts to the size that fits your space and needs. Great buy.

Superior Product and Customer Support
Product and Customer Support are top notch. Had a big name brand shelf/rod combo come crashing down off my bedroom wall (wasn't aware that it held 5X LESS than a similar EZShelf product). Ordered a new EZShelf product but was delivered the wrong item so I immediately reordered the correct item again. I made a complaint on EZShelf website and the following day I received a call from Josh who I believe may be an owner. He was very apologetic and handled the complaint with true professionalism. He pulled up my new order that was actually through a third party and was able to expedite it to me in a timely manner.The EZShelf unit is so superior to the old unit I had, as I mentioned earlier, it has a 5X more weight capacity than the big name brand. Easy to put up thanks to the level and templates included with the product. My daughter and son n law recently purchased a new home and plan on installing some of these units at their house in the near future.

Easy installation, looks great
Second time buying this unit. I have one in two rooms, and neither are mine. To be honest, I'm jealous because I know how strong the shelf is and how easy it is to slide the hangers on the pole. It's also easy to install and can be completed in less than half an hour
