don't waste your money on this product! There are two huge design flaws. First the sipping mechanism at the top which is a very poorly machined cheap plastic is an unreliable cut off in the off position. Further, in the open position it does not allow for a controllable stream which is exacerbated when the internal mixing ball slides forward as you top the container up to drink. I'm very disappointed and do not use this product at all because of these issues.

It keeps my drink cold or hot. But I hate that you can not drink from the thermos...you must pour it into the cup lid. No drinking from it and driving away from workout with your protein drink. Or you'll be like me with a lap full of protein mess. And it was a mess!! It shakes up very well...but you need to improve the top so it has a spout to drink from -- please. Nice carry case & great little mixer ball. But not drinking straight from it.

Use this for blended fruit smoothies and I swear this stays ice cold well over 8 hours. This is a really good buy.

Customer service rocks! I was sitting back, enjoying a freshly made coffee latte shake, poured it in a different cup than the one the thermos came with; and in a moment of hot, frothy taste perfection; I put my cigarette out in the lid cup. Friendly and courteous service is a nice break from the ordinary. The lid was quickly replaced, free of charge.

I absolutely love this thing. I juice every morning; before getting this I had to shug my juice on the way out the door because I detest it at room temp. This keeps my cold drinks cold and my hot drinks hot. If I need to add more water to thin out a smoothie, I can do so and trust that the ingredients are mixed because of the mixing ball inside. The lid doubles as a cup. Love! Love! Love!

This is a must have if you're a Bullet Proof Coffee drinker, it holds extremely hot beverages and the shaker ball is a gem in mixing your oils and butter in, the carry case is the cherry on top making it super easy to take with you on the go, the only draw back is the top comes apart when you unsrew it to open it, therefore the metal outter layer seperates from plastic inner layer, easy fix glue it back together, but rated 1 star down for this, as this seems to be a design flaw has happened in both mine and my daughters containers!

I got this for my Bulletproof coffee, for I had trip away from home for 8 nights and didn't want to have to lug my blender along, which seemed nuts to do. After an insane amount of shaking the blender (could almost have replaced my morning workout, ha), it made a "just okay" rather disappointing cup of bulletproof coffee, oils not fully frothed; really, you need a blender to do Bulletproof right, you just do. It is awesome for keeping your bulletproof just right after it has already been given a good whirl in the blender, hot and frothy after a few good shakes even hours later. There is a spring inside that seems to do the trick. Awesome for that, but No, not a blender substitute if that is what you are looking for.

This looks very nice. So if buying as a gift would be impressive, however, it doesn't keep your coffee as hot as I would like. After an hour it was just "warm". However, I do like my coffee nice and hot, so for someone else it may be okay. Nice carry case too that comes with it.
