I needed to wash my clothes, so I bought these and now my clothes are clean, so I guess they work.

I recently figured out that detergent pods seem to last a bit longer in my household than liquid detergent. With pods I don’t have to worry about anyone dumping almost half of the liquid detergent bottle in just for one load of laundry. With these specifically it tells you how many you need per load from light to heavy(1-3). You only need to use exactly how many it tells you to and your clothes come out looking and smelling very good. I haven’t had any skin problems to speak of but I also don’t have sensitive skin. Additionally I have yet to buy a container where all the pods weren’t accounted for nor intact.Also, I would advise using something to help when washing whites, such as non-splash bleach or other whitening aid. I hope this post assists you in your decision making :)

Its just so easy. Two weeks ago, I finally tried out "Pods" for the first time. These Tide Pods were what I tried and have been using. After using these Tide Pods for the last two weeks, I have to try to invent reasons why I would ever go back to ANYTHING else.REASON 1: The size of the load is so small that I feel using a Pod is wasteful. In that case I could see myself using 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of liquid or an equally small amount of powder. If I feel the size of my load is too much for one Pod, then machine is likely overloaded and I should be cut load size in half, the machine will wash better and the machine will last longer. The solution is always less clothes, NOT more detergent.REASON 2: I don't like the scent of these particular Pods. I'm not a huge fan of the scent. I will try the Tide "Meadow" scent next time. Or maybe there is an another brand with a better scent or unscented that I end up liking better.REASON 3: I want to use the "Pre Wash" option. Since I have a front loader. Once the cycle starts I probably am forced to used the dispenser tray and I cannot had Pods to the dispenser tray. So, if I want to use "Pre Wash", I have to use powder or liquid in the dispenser tray.But, I can't deny that these Tide Pods do an awesome job of cleaning clothes. So far I've thrown some pretty gnarly underwear, sweats and towels at them; these Pods got everything everything super clean.The ONLY issue I've had is ONE time, there wash a bit of a white streak around the collar of a red T-shirt. But it was that ONE time where I forgot to press "Extra Rinse" on the washing machine. I have read where you should press one "Extra Rinse" on front loaders which do only cold water rinses (in order to make sure all the detergent gets rinsed out).I live in Los Angeles.My water hardness is 117.I always wash in warm water.I'm using an LG WM-4000 front load washing machine.Happy washing!

A definite buy for the laundry because of price and the cleaning power of each pod,
