This product honestly was a dissappoment at first. The dial is very tight and the display on the heater doesn't line up with actual temperature. However, after around a two weeks of adjusting it and keeping a close eye it holds temperature really well. If you need a really nice digital thermometer buy this for it only. But with some messing with it it turns out to be an ok little heater for a 20 gallon. I wouldn't use it in bigger it has trouble holding temp overnight. Oh and the suction cups hold on to nothing I had to use others I had around.

This heater seems to be doing a good job with my 20 gal tank. Had it a little over a month and haven't had any problems. However, the cord is very short and wouldn't reach the outlet. Had to plug it in to a power strip behind the tank. My other complaint is there were no instructions in English. It's pretty easy to set it up, but I'd like to have some kind of information that I can actually read.

I think it works pretty decent for my 10 gal quarantine tank. Though, I only use it as needed so I don't keep track of the temp as much as I should.

I bought this heater as a replacement for one where the thermostat stopped working. I guess it works fine but the cord is only about 3 feet long. It doesn't reach the power outlet without an extension cord.

Very frustrating, I have two, one works very well and the other one I am constantly having to adjust and no matter what I do it never holds the temperature like I need it to. Had to buy a different brand because I got tired of looking at me temperature gauge and it reading 71 when it’s set to 77? But it won’t even turn on like it’s TRYING to heat the tank, all the time I had to check to see if it’s broken.
