Crockery wala and company jointless Pure Copper Water Dispenser/Matka 12 l and 2 Glass

It's tap is not functioning properly. Please replace this product.

Very worst experience with this product. This water dispenser has a small hole in the middle and the water is flowing from it. The leakage is clearly visible in the picture. This is on very first day after unpacking the product and filling with water immediately came to know about it. I have been ordering many things from amazon since last few years but this is very pathetic experience in many years. I have requeated replacement for the product, lets see again and I will modify my review based on that. I am not sure what quality checks are performed on this prodcut as mentioned in the product details page on amazon

I ordered a 12L capacity jar... It doesn't look like a 12L tho...more lioe some smaller variety....but it's copper and value for money so it doesn't bother me.. BTW the packing wasn't good... Bad packaging... And it was open (main box)

The product is very good quality and heavy but its water not suits me when I started drinking it's water I feel headache and very uneasy so I decided to return it but product is good quality

Nice product but the tap is not totally leak proof.

Without tap i have received that crockery
