Better with gel, than acrylic
I wanted to give myself a proper amount of time to try and judge the performance of these products. Now that I've done so, I'm ready to share my experience. I do my own nails, and have very oily nail plates resulting in lifting. Anyone who wears fake nails knows this is your worst nightmare, next to breaking a nail. I did some research and decided to try this duo of products. At first I was using these with acrylic, and still experienced lifting almost immediately. I learned that I need to apply the thinnest, most minimal layer of both products. That helped, but my nails were still lifting around the cuticle area and I was lucky to get 10 days out of my mani.More recently, I have been using UV gel and polygel to do my nails and have had a much better experience using these products together! Here is how I achieve a long lasting manicure-Step one: Buff the natural nail plate lightly to remove shine. Do NOT overfile the nail and damage your real nails.Step two: Remove dust with a nail brush and wipe down your nails with alcohol.Step three: Apply a very thin but thorough coat of Pro Bond to each nail. Bond comes before Primer. I remove the brush from the bottle, drain the excess product from the brush on the inside of the bottle, and cover one whole hand before dipping the brush back into the bottle and doing the same.Step four: Do the same thin but thorough coat of Acid Free Primer to each nail. Primer is the second step in nail preparation. I remember this because B (bond) comes before P (primer) in the alphabet. It will remain somewhat sticky.Step five: Apply UV gel base coat and cure in your lamp for your normal curing time.Step six: Proceed to do your nails with your product of choice!

Works really well
These products work really well with polygel and acrylic. It makes sure that the products stick to the nail and my nails haven’t popped off or lifted.
