could be me but not sure how much these helped. did like the 'message' effect when walking but really couldn't tell if the magnets did anything or not. They are thin enough to wear with other padded inserts

Bought 2 and my husband job is on his feet all the time so far his feet are happy and I use mine to go workout in them and so far no pain in the game. Love it thanks
