I drink tea everyday and I take my tumbler with me everywhere. I am absolutely in love with my new tea tumbler by Nifty core! The tumbler is leak proof, I know a lot of tumblers claim to be, but this tumbler actually is. I can turn it upside down and it won’t leak! I have not dropped the tumbler, but it seems durable. It is stainless steel wrapped in bamboo. Also, the lid is made from stainless steel, which is great because I don’t use any products that have BPA in them. It keeps tea VERY HOT for a long period of time. I have fallen asleep with the infuser still inside the tumbler, when I woke up the next morning the tea was still warm. I will be ordering another one for my wife, she doesn’t drink tea- crazy I know - but she does drink coffee. Speaking of coffee, the infuser mesh is fine enough to brew coffee in the tumbler if you’re pressed for time or on a camping trip. I was worried that the tumbler would sweet and become slick, that has not happened, nor does it get to hot to pick up when I add boiling water to it. It is not super slippery when you wash it in the sink, which is how I broke two glass tumblers in the past- yes they were the shatter proof ones. I guess this is a negative, but I wouldn’t wash it inside a dishwasher, I would be afraid that it would ruin the bamboo look and I get compliments about the tumbler in office meetings with clients. For me the size of the tumbler is perfect and allows me to hold 16 oz of tea. I don’t care for the smaller 10 oz or 12 oz tea tumblers, it’s just not enough liquid if I am running errands throughout the day. All in all I think I have finally found the perfect tumbler.

I always wait a for a while to review products to ensure that my review is accurate. This bottle has not disappointed me. It has maintained it beauty over time. I have received frequent compliments on the bottle. It does a nice job of keeping what I put in it either hot or cold as the case may be. The filter inset is really handy for both making tea or infusing water. I did have to contact the seller over a minor issue but they were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to resolve the problem, doing more than I expected them to do. So the 5 stars is well earned not just by the bottle but also the seller. I encourage anyone who wants a great looking, sturdy, versatile bottle, with great customer support to consider buying this product.

I was given a rebate for this tumbler because I had previously purchased and reviewed their 14 oz. tumbler. This one is almost exactly the same, except a bit taller and they have added a little basket for loose leaf tea that attaches to the metal strainer piece, which is handy. Similar to the other one, it seems well-made and sturdy with bamboo and steel construction. The bamboo has a pleasant smooth feel. I haven’t used it for cold beverages, but it keeps hot ones nice and hot - almost too hot sometimes, so I have to leave the lid off for it to cool down so I can drink it! I’ve used the other one for about a year, most weekdays, with no problem so I expect that this one will last a long time as well.

What I like about this product is that liquid stay hot all day. What I dislike is that the gasket silicone seal broke with I a month of receiving this product.

Purchased tumbler and LOVED it - I am multiple times every day tea snob! By the fourth month it started to break down -seller replaced without question. LOVED it daily for another season of HOT daily tea but it too couldn't withstand the daily use. :(

I wish I had found this sooner. What excellent quality!!!The tumbler was lying sideways all night in my briefcase, and when I saw that it had fallen over, I was sure my paperwork was ruined. Not a drop leaked!What I especially love about this item (besides the bamboo - love bamboo) is that it has an integral tea infuser that can hold loose tea or your favorite tea bags.It keeps liquids hot all day.I just wish I could give it ten stars!!

There's a rubber piece in the lid that sometimes moves around when you open/close it. It may be this way to protect the seal or for cleaning but it seems like it makes the lid "stick" a little when opening. I also dropped it getting into my car one day 2 of ownership. Everything still works like day one thankfully, but there are a few scuffs on the wood and some minor dents on the metal of the lid.

This is my second bamboo tumbler, and I always love the quality. It is lightweight, easy to carry, smooth texture, and most of all, it does its job- my water remained cold for over 6 hours. It is as well easy to clean, and it is much bigger now! I can never leave my house without this tumbler. I use it at the gym, office and pretty much anywhere. This is worth to buy, and if you are looking for a better water bottle, check this out!
