Gets the job done but there are better products. These just barely stick enough and they can slide around if you don't sticky them tight enough. Of course, when you sticky them tighter they rip because they're so thin and cheap. Next time I will go back to buying the Average Broz wraps from All Things Gym

This tape is great. I use it to protect my thumbs when doing many repetitions with the hook grip. It holds very well, is plenty pliable, and tears easy enough. I didn't notice any issues with it slipping when I began to sweat. 6 rolls for ~20 bucks is hard to beat at this time, will order again when I run out.

Great product
Just what I expected out of a tape. I use it for any type of oly lift hook grip. Very much needed when you cycle cleans and snatches to protect your thumbs. Tape is strong doesn't slide out.

Solid grip. Less pain
I hardly ever pull hook grip. I decide to give it a try with this tape. Without tape I always quit after 315 and went back to mixed grip. This week I hit 405x2 hook and it felt better than 315 normally does.

Great for hook gripping!
This product is great! Protects thumbs from rips and abrasions during high volume Olympic lifts. Provides great layer of protection without impeding thumb mobility.

Do not buy for weightlifting
It says it’s weightlifting tape, but it is only sticky on one side. Therefor, wrapping your thumbs with it does not help your grip at all. Also, as soon as you start slightly sweating the tape starts slipping off.

Not bad for the price
The tape isn’t bad. Maybe its just the pack that I got but 3 out of 6 rolls aren’t very sticky. Kinda of sad. The others are good though. Easy to tear and pretty flexible.
