casaWare Ceramic Coated NonStick Cookie/Jelly Roll Pan (11 X 17-Inch, Cream/Red)

I bought this pan so I could bake fish and have an easy cleanup job. It did not work out that way. The pan warps with a loud "pop" within a few minutes of going into the oven. Unlike my other ceramic-coated cookware, it has discolored and looks unattractive. It is also very difficult to clean because I have to take care not to scratch the surface while attempting to remove the food residues which stick to it. Everything sticks. I am going to throw it out and go back to stainless steel.

Scratches easily but happy it is safe for our bird

The pan seems OK but it stick on the rack in the oven, making it hard to put in and take out when baking. Am now using it as a tray, instead of a cookie sheet.

One of the only ceramic NonStick pans of it's kind. Ceramic is the ONLY product you should eat off of. All other metals are bad for your health. Ceramic is nutral having no adverse effects on food. Plus as a bonus it's easy to clean.

I discovered CasaWare at a kitchen store in the Colorado mountains. It is coated in a ceramic finish that WILL NOT burn. I ordered this cookie sheet for a Christmas present. I'm going to continue to add to my collection--as I get rid of old pans and cookie sheets.

Works as advertised. I haven't had any issues with chiping or anything sticking to it. Just make sure the directions are followed and it is treated with oil before the first use, then never treat again.

The coating began to come off after 3 uses.

Very happy with these, though they do tend to stain easily, but non stick surface is good and they fit nicely side by side on one shelf in oven.

I have 2 now these are great.
