Product is sturdy and nice and white. So far so good! I did have a little bit of a challenge attaching to the window part. I wasn't sure to go xlock wise or counter clock wise to lock it. I think it needed some clips to lock it in would of been nice. Thank you!

When I received this replacement hose for my portable air conditioner. I wasn't sure if it would fit since my new portable air conditioner wasn't arriving for a couple of days but I just knew that I would need a longer exhaust hose. So I ordered this one and when I received it there was no paperwork or anything in the box other than the hose. So I didn't know if I got the correct one because I ordered the counter clockwise hose. When the box arrived it had a tape across the top saying, "Opps I delivered again" I had no idea what this meant since it was the first time I ever ordered this item. But thankfully my new air conditioner was delivered a day early and the hose did fit nicely. I just had to remove the couplers by unscrewing them from the hose that came with the air conditioner and put them on this longer hose that will now reach my higher window. This hose is very durable and sturdy.

The tubing was a little to big for the portable ac unit I bought it for but that’s my fault for not taking measurements first once I figured out how to get it on to stay it worked out great.The tubing is very study and durable and easy to install

Easy to assemble. Very flexible

This is a quality exhaust hose, similar to the one that comes with the portable air conditioner, except it doesn’t have custom fittings on both ends. I had to buy a coupler to connect the two hoses together and made a little adjustment to fit them together. Now it’s working perfectly and my addic is cooler during the summer heat wave.

When I measured the original hose, the diameter was 5 ¾ inches. When I saw the 5.9” in the description, I was sure the diameter of the hose was going to be to big to fit my LG A/C unit. I had no choice, but to order it and somehow try to make some kind of adjustments or if worst comes to worst, even use ducktape to attach it to my A/C. As it turned out, the 5.9” diameter hoses fit perfectly to my LG A/C which I have had for the last 5 to 10 years. The original hoses are made of plastic so after being used and having to endure the heat generated from the A/C, the plastic will get brittle and start to crack when extending the accordion folds. I do not know how long the Kraflex Portable Air Conditioner Hose will hold up, but it is nice that the replacement hose that fits the LG A/C is still available. I have given this product 5 stars, but I did not give any stars for durability because I do not know how durable it will be. Only time will tell.
