Camelion 12051007 AG 7 LR57 Battery - Multicolour (Pack of 10)

I've noticed that at least one other buyer has had the same issue.I removed one of these from a child's toy, a few moments later it EXPLODED with a loud bang, and half of the battery went flying across the room.Disappointed with Amazon as they have advised that these would be removed from sale (I appreciate that these are all sold by third party sellers). I have received a refund, but that's not really the point. Batteries really shouldn't explode of their own accord.

If you were to read about particle collisions you might be able to find the time a collision lasts. I know nothing about particle collisions but I suspect they last significantly longer than these batteries.We have a Christmas decoration that was rather costly and has a tiny house inside a glass bauble. The house has a light inside it and two small lights outside it. It requires 3 x LR44 batteries. Yes, three batteries in use, not just one. Looking at the power consumption of the batteries I'd have thought 3 x LR44's would be enough to power it for 68 years (approximately).Alas, not with these Camelion batteries. They're either very low on charge or utterly pants. I suspect it is more of the latter than the former.They're cheap, let's face it. I should have probably purchased batteries from a better-known brand (I'd never heard of them prior to buying). Unfortunately, value for money means very little if the item is dreadful in performance. You could charge 50p for them and I'd still be annoyed.Is it too much to ask 3 x LR44 batteries to last longer than 8 hours? Yes, that's how long we got out of them. What can you do in 8 hours? Watch a few movies, a series of a Netflix show or sit and listen to that awful Adele droning on like a drowning cat? The point is that I would have expected to get a lot more from them. Even 24 hours would have placated me (well, based on my now very low expectations).I might just throw the remaining batteries in the bin. Let's face it, with such a terrible life they're unlikely to be a waste hazard.Spend your money on a better brand. Or throw the money in the bin, it's just the same as buying these.

One just exploded next to me and hit the wall like a bullet! AVOID!!!!

Absolutely rubbish batteries lasted just 8 hours, Put 3 batteries in a christmas snowman that just lights up with 3 colour LEDs and just 5 hours one night and only 3 hours tonight it got a only one red light that's very dull so these batteries are a total waste of money.Update: I tested the batteries and all the batteries are showing orange on my tester so that means they are only half full.

I wanted this product to replace thermometer batteries.All batteries came almost empty. The thermometer cannot operate as it keeps bringing up the LOW battery signal and switches of.

I bought these batteries as replacements for my Misfit Ray. The original batteries which came with the Ray lasted for six months with no issues. These, however, seem to die within a month's use which is completely unacceptable. Also, I find that my Ray does not pick up all my activity the way it did before since putting these batteries in. Really disappointed - the low price is NOT worth it.

I should know better. My father (and I) spent many years installing THOUSANDS of watch batteries, into watches.Typically they'd be Varta or Renata.But that was some time ago, and the business has closed - along with my access to cheap watch batteries!I decided to try and "cheap it" for some of the kids toys.And this is what you get. The battery FAILS and leaks acid.This NEVER HAPPENS with a QUALITY battery (e.g. Varta).Buy cheap and risk whatever you're putting the battery in. And avoid for kids toys.A good reminder and lesson learnt. I'm just glad the kids weren't actively playing with this specific toy.

I bought these for my son’s little toy robot. Previous batteries I bought didn’t last very long, maybe 2 days in the toy and then had to replace it, quite dissapointing. These particular Camelion LR44 alkaline batteries lasting much longer, it’s been over a week and the robot toy still runs on it!The package contains 10 batteries, my wife uses one of these batteries in her salter kitchen weigher and she’s happy with it too.Overall, we are happy with the purchase, will definitely keep buying this brand from the same seller, as its a great value for money and the delivery was way faster than expected (next day). Highly recommended and a 5 stars from us.
