This was the first liquid toner I had used from colorcharm - I typically use the cream ones. I thought this was just as easy to use and was just as effective as the cream style. It also had the same salon-like fragrance that the cream version has (which I LOVE). I had bleached my hair and then used this toner on the top and it did leave a very pale pink tone. It was super easy to use and worked very well in my opinion (keep in mind I am not professionally trained).

It brought my bleached hair to a cool tone that im super happy with. The product has a strong smell but that’s common for toner. It was easy to mix and apply as well.

I recently tried a hair toner and I’m honestly impressed with the results. Totally missed the step where you have to order the other item with this (the developer) but once I had both, I just have to say everyone saying it doesn't change your natural roots... are not correct lol. It completely lightened my natural hair color and made it brassy! But I'm hoping after a few washes it cools down. As for the rest of my hair, I can see the difference for sure. Not meaning to sound so negative lol but I also have to add the horrible smell from the chemicals was so bad, I had the worst headache! I also lost about 500 strands of hair. So these are all just a few things to be careful and look out for.

I have used this wella toner for several years. Here are two pictures showing the difference if your hair has less highlights what you’ll get versus the photos that have more of the platinum look is when my hair was more heavily highlighted. Both color options are great whether you’re starting with a very white blonde or darker blonde. This product helps remove the yellow tone that most blondes hate on your hair starts getting that yucky yellow color. It helps transition your hair to a nice ashy color. Don’t be scared by your hair, looking purple when you have the product on. I use volume 20 with this Wella platinum toner and leave on for 20 to 30 minutes. My favorite way to use this product is if your hair is heavy on highlights because it will get you that a deal platinum ash look.

The product itself is actually really good if I had a user error, so it didn’t really do anything for my hair so there’s nothing I can show for photos. I just got the wrong one.

I have very light yellow bleach blonde hair. I did about 1toner to 2.5 developer ratio and left it on my hair for about 30 mins total including application which was around 10 mins alone. The second pic is my before, it was too yellow. My hair now looks too gray for my preference. I was hoping for a white look. Next time i will mix 1:3 ratio and see my outcome. But it gets 5 stars because it’s spot on to the color on the box haha but I’ll be honest, in person it looks more silver/gray so be very careful. It can quickly turn your hair ash blue. Luckily i diluted it slightly with more developer.
