Great product! Satisfied fire inspector.
Really happy with the product! Was very easy to apply. Used a 1/2 gallon plastic pump-style garden sprayer to apply to a curtain behind a stage platform. Clean up with soap and water. Fire inspector approved the product, saying it met their specifications. Had a question and called the company. Talked with Jim (the owner, I think he said). Was incredibly helpful. His service was great. (Wish I had known about the product and that it could be applied to bare wood before I tore down a previous wood stage.)

Great customer service
Delivered before intended date. Bought for our commercial building on the advise from our contractor. We didn’t end up needing it for the project. Customer service was prompt and awesome. We will be donating it to our children’s school.

Doesn’t work
I did a small test on some lumber. It burned just as fast as untreated lumber

Great Product
Today I put the product on a 200+ year old hand hewn beam that I'm using for a mantle. Even though I located the beam higher than required by the fire code I thought I might as well have the extra protection. My only worry was that the product would leave white residue. It didn't and the beam looks as good as it does when I found it. I figured a gallon would be more than I needed and a quart less, so I bought a gallon. I'm going to put some of the left over on a piece of the cutoff beam and see what happens when I try to light it with a torch. If everything blazes, I'll revise the review. If not, I'll post pictures.
