Q: What does it mean when its made with allergen free coconut oil?

Hi Jen! This means the Coconut Oil we use has gone through processing called RBD which disrupts the protein responsible for the allergic reaction. More from Cargill - After this processing the coconut oil "does not demonstrate a significant hazard to allergic individuals, as shown in studies using the "gold standard" for food allergy diagnosis" Hope this helps! Hi Derek! Great question. Yes, the texture of Granola Butter is somewhat textured (not smooth like a Jif or Skippy peanut butter). This graininess comes from the toasted oats and flax. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, It does not state on the jar which spices are contained in the granola. It just says “spices” and does not specify.
