Good } I cannot fault the battery case for quality it looks good and feels good and fits the iPhone X perfectly . There is a 4 light indicator on the back when fully charged all will light up and a push button next to it to start charging your phone when needed.Not so good } I was disappointed with the battery life I let my iPhone get down to 9% started to charge by the time it reached 100% the battery pack was exhausted so for a 10000amh I’d have expected 2 full charges. Some will find it bulky and heavy to carry or put in your pocket.. Amazon were great I expressed my disappointment and was fully refunded..

The product they sent me was defect -- hence not working. What a shame, don't they have quality control.

it is easy to assemble and disassemble, it is a little heavy, but it is probably normal, being a battery..I am very disappointed with the battery life, I was hoping to be able to charge 2-3 times, it barely works once ... it doesn't work it's worth the money for how much battery it claims to have.

Is it really 10,000 mh? It doesn’t last as long as my other case which is 4000

Arrived on time, excited on getting it. Hope it helps with my job.Unfortunately the battery pack didn’t last long enough as it came out of my car holder, bounced off my seat, hit the back of my leg and landed in a deep puddle.Which in turn shorted out because of water damage and also done my iPhone X.So next time I shall also consider a waterproof battery pack.This product was ok for purpose at the time. Even though it was a couple of days having it.

Great value and very tidy. Not heavy and great when you’re out not to get caught with a low battery. USB on side to charge headphones or a friends phone if they get caught out unlike yourself. Great buy
