Bought these to replace a nice set of greenlee fishing rods that got misplaced. I immediately electrical taped 3-4 sticks together to make 2 5-6’ sticks. (Rods are known to unscrew during continuous cable pulls. Longstory short..one by one they broke off in the screw holes, making it shorter and shorter. They lasted a few weeks, not horrible but not good..I’d recommend buying a set of klein glowrods from like home depot or lowes..$30..they’ll last 10 times longer.

Used this tape/cable to pull wire down a wall for a mounted TV. There's a small lip where the sections screw together, and it got wedged on a cross-brace while in the wall. In trying to remove the cable, it simply snapped at the threads. So, there are three sections of this tape now buried in my wall. Eventually it got the job done. This is inexpensive, and there's still several more sections so I will get some more use out of it, but I wouldn't consider it sturdy enough for professional or heavy usage.

I was looking for a cheap, effective pull rod for the occasional use around the home. I was concerned about the diameter of the rods, but as it turns out, the size is perfect for running behind walls and fitting into the hang box cutout.

I just used it for the first time since I ordered it and on my first use it broke. Its not a good product. I've use many fiberglass sticks before and never had one break on me. I was using it to go from the top of a wall to the bottom.

Used these rods to run cables in my house. They are sturdy and the fiberglass didn't splinter even slightly when running wire. I've used a lot of different types over the years but would buy these again in an instant.
