My 4 year old loves his Thomas the train wood engines but stores around us have stopped carrying them and started carrying the plastic ones. We found the plastic trains do not hold up as well as the wood ones. Amazon has them priced right and unlike the new plastic ones they have come out with, these trains don't break. I wish they would bring back more characters in the wood collection.

Perfect addition to Thomas and Friends group. My son loves it.

Purchased for my grandson. He has the train table with storage under, and lots of track and many trains. He didn't have Rosie, however, which is why we bought. Very sturdy train!

Thomas & Friends's Rosie is nicely made from mostly painted wood. The only parts that are made of plastic are Rosie's wheels and face. She is sturdy and well assembled and has dealt with my 1.5 year old son's abuse well. She has magnetic couplings on both ends and rolls smoothly over not only Thomas's wooden tracks but also the floor.All in all... a cute engine.

My almost 3yo grandson is choo-choo obsessed. Rosie is a cutie. A nice addition to our growing collection.

Grandson loves these Thomas and Friends wooden trains. They are durable and I highly recommend them.

Christmas present for our youngest grandson who loves Thomas the Train and all his buddies.He has several other engines and train cars and lots and lots of track to play with. He is very engaged when he plays with the train sets.

If your kiddo loves Thomas the train these are great! We have the Ikea wooden train tracks and these work well on those! :D
