I've already done two workouts in this and it works awesome.I'm about 6' and it fits just fine. I haven't tried it with full weight yet and haven't needed the shoulder straps (as you can see they aren't in the picture).The sandbags are made of thin material, so you'll want to be careful with them.But overall, I'm pretty satisfied, especially with the good price I got on it.

I use this vest for cardio. It's very adjustable, I'm very muscular and thick, this vest fits great, can adjust to all sizes obviously. Stitching and material are top notch. Great price and Great value. And doesn't smell weird, lol. This company got it right with this vest

When its at max weight it is very painful on the shoulders and digs in.

Impressive...i wish it was more comfortable on my shoulders, but im not complaining. 60 lbs on a 5'7" 130 lb frame...its gonna be a little uncomfortable. Stays securely in place. High quality. Easy to remove/add weight. I love it!!! Sooo glad i purchased this vest out of the many to choose from.
