First box came in open and damaged, this thing is very cheap looking, NO INSTRUCTIONS, can’t attach it cus it didn’t come with the hose. Later realized it says very small in the question section that it doesn’t come with one, so I don’t know if it’s easy installation. I will say no because the fact that I now have to buy one takes away the easy part. I don’t know the right way to put the color thingies cus they say open, but don’t know where. It also is made out o very cheap plastic/paste will look for refund.UPDATE: it is crap. I finally got the hose and connected it. The water comes from all the sides as seen in the picture. From the top and the bottom. The cheat plastic seems like it’s going to break if I can keep trying to tightened it. The yellow filter doesn’t emit any smell as you shower, but as you let it drip the water turns yellow and it does smell like lemon. It stains the shower though so BUYERS BE AWARE

The product came in with an opened box. There’s no instructions or labels of the extra items. It’s easy to install but can’t tell the difference with my old shower head.

The spray is a soft fine shower. It feels like feathers. I'm not so up on the smell good insert, I used the white, but I love not smelling the chlorine from my rural water system, and I love that it washes the chlorine off me from my pool water, and rinse my swimsuit with it.

Seems to be made very cheaply. We do have high pressure, so when I installed it it was painful to shower, and quickly fell apart.

It shoots out a LOT of pressure, which I like, but for sensitive skin (like for kids) it’s a bit much. But it’s nice bc you spend less time on your hair if you have a mop head like me. All in all no complaints.
