Great buy perfect fit zero issues

I bought this installation kit on the recommendation of the retailer's website -- it was identified as the specific and only option for my make and model jeep. Ultimately, it didn't fit with the (dash) trimwork and I chose to return the kit.Quality: This product is virtually identical to installation kits offered by my local electronics and autoparts retailers, except that it is half the price (including shipping). The product was cheap and, in consideration of the price, adequate for the job. My radio fit the assembly easily and the assembly easily installed into my dash. The mechanical connection was poor and my radio was an easy target for a thief -- if you are looking for a secure radio mounting means, this is not it. If you are looking to drop a radio into your dash, economically, then this will probably satisfy your needs. If you are a jeep owner, you should keep looking, as this kit did not match your trimwork without significant modification. I have the skill and the appropriate tools to make the modifications, however for that effort, I would make my own bracket.

Well made product. The fit was outstanding, slide right into place and trim fit back with no problems. Appears sturdy, but unable to support the back from what I can tell, so vibration may be a problem but I haven't had a chance to see yet.

This is the install kit you want to replace the factory in dash radio. Easy to use, looks great. Mine was a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition. Great fit. Delivery was FAST.

Incorrect item

Admittedly, I'm an idiot. I didn't have the faceplate on the Kenwood head unit I was installing and accidentally mounted the unit to this adapter upside down. had to pull it out and start all over because I'm an idiot.
