I've been battling plantar fasciitis for about a year now. I've tried stretching exercises, night splints, insole inserts and ibuprofen without much relief. Not only do I have heel pain in the morning, but also throughout the day -- especially after sitting for longer than 15 minutes or walking long distances. I received the Epsolux compression foot sleeves for review and have been using them for about 3 weeks. Though the pain has not completely subsided, I'm very happy with the relief the sleeves provide. I've been wearing the compression sleeve at work, and I can get up from my desk and walk without limping from pain -- which is huge! I wore both the comfort sleeve and the compression sleeve together while walking nine holes on the golf course, and although my heel was hurting slightly afterward, the pain was nowhere near as bad as it had been. The sleeves fit snugly, but not so tight as to cause circulation problems, and the fabric is not too thick so as to make my shoes fit too tightly. I also like that the fabric doesn't cover my toes, which makes them more comfortable to wear at night.Overall, I'm very pleased with the results I'm getting from the foot sleeves and the options I have with the two layers. They're comfortable enough to wear while active or breathable enough to wear while sleeping. Well-made, useful product!
