I can finally give 6 stars for this product. Super happy that items sent were in date and not expired like previous order. I would definitely recommend to anyone with severe food allergies and food sensitivities. A+++I absolutely 💯 % love the texture & tast. Now I can snack like everyone else, I just need the healthier and allergy friendly ones. Thank you 😊 Only downside is the greasy substance that comes up at the back of your throat after eating the suggested serving size.

Absolutely a GOD SEND!!!! Found these through Dr. Gundry author of Plant Paradox and we have tried MANY compliant snacks and these are hands down #1 they are addictive!! These are such a great addition to quick snacks my 4.5yr old LOVES them!!! Far better than the pirates booty and other garbage on the shelves!!! Thank you thank you Oh we tried both the Himalayan sea salt isn’t as good in our opinion it tastes very coconut oily. Which some may like we weren’t big fans. But still good.

New gluten, dairy free snack. Different texture, appearance and taste. A hint of salt, a semi sweet-ish coconut flavor. Lower sodium. Protein from EGG whites. Curls are firm, lightly crunchy. If you have denture issues or missing teeth but still want to crunch, try these. Price is a little high.

I know it’s not commons write reviews for snacks, but this one is special. I am on a very low carbohydrate, high fat diet, most of the time, and it’s hard to find carbohydrates they don’t spike insulin. This is one of them. It’s made of cassava, which is a resistant starch. It can either help you go longer without food between meals without affecting blood sugar (or ketosis, if that’s relevant to you), or it can be added to meals to help buffer your proteins and fats, again without spiking insulin. But more importantly, they are very pleasing to the palate. Not too salty, not too bitter. A very mild, subtle taste with a good amount of crunch.

If you're living Grain Free you know how challenging it is to find quality snacks. These puffs have a mild coconut flavor from the coconut oil used. It doesn't bother me at all and I like the light, crispiness of the puffs as an alternative to grain free crackers and "tortilla" style chips. They arrived packed in a box in a box which protected them well. So far I've not had any that were crushed or crumbled from transit, and they are very fresh. Def will order again.

I also cannot understand the five star reviews. This is the most disgusting "snack" I've ever eaten. They have almost no taste except a disgusting coconut oil flavored aftertaste. When you chew one up, it immediately turns into a gummy substance in your mouth which is sickening and I had to spit it out! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. It is just awful... Like the other reviewer said, I am now stuck with 3 and 7/8 bags and probably can't give them away!

These taste great and my kids and I ate the entire bag in about 15 minutes while driving to soccer practice. Sadly all of us ended up with GI upset (gas, bloating) within a few hours of eating these. Am guessing it is from the cassava flour as I have experienced GI upset issues with other foods containing cassava flour. If you know you have a delicate GI tract or have also had negative experiences after eating cassava flour, steer clear of these puffs as their nice flavor will soon give way to negative consequences in your tummy! So, I would say 5-stars for taste, and 1-star for GI issues, hence my 3-star overall review. If cassava flour does not bother your GI tract, then these do taste great. Hope this helps others. :)

Very Good but they Discontinued! Not Cool at All! They are supposed to be lesser evil now they're making conventional flavors which goes against the point 🤷🏽‍♀️
