My son loves these books!
My son loves the story lines of these books and the fact that they are part of a series. The only question is, are there any more of them?!

Loved it!
Another great one in the books. While GNs. An not fit every aspect of the books into the story, I am pleased with what was added to this one. Also, Bessie is adorable.

I love these books
I love these books! I have loved all the Percy Jackson books, and others from Riordan. I finally talked my kids into reading these, but they prefer the graphic novels instead of the regular books. So I have both sets. Just waiting for the rest of the collection to be released as graphic novels so my kids can finish the story!

Artist fail
The story is good but the artist did a lousy job. Felt like they had the talent to do a good job but instead rushed it and just have everybody the same inconsistent face and body. Could hardly tell the difference between Thalia and Percy, and for some reason even Artemis looks like a grown man instead of a young maiden...

Want to get your boys to read?
It is absolutely proven that boys read different topcs and genres than girls. If you want to get your boys reading more and keep them reading, then these graphic novels are the way. Wow! My students love them and can't get enough. It has taken some of my most reluctant readers and allowed them to access literature that would normally be out of range for them. Great graphics to support the plot and themes.

Great for Percy Jackson fans
Perfect gift for my granddaughter who had read all the novels 3 or 4 times. She really enjoyed the story presented in the graphic novel version

Major liberties taken with storyline, start with regular edition first..
Same problem as other title in this series of graphic novels. They take major liberties with the storyline. They don't quite ruin it, but some of the new bright ideas come close... I would strongly urge having the kid or adult read the regular edition first. Then this one can be just another flavor. I am not sure how many of the changes were approved by Riordan, or forced upon him.

A parent's review: ok
My teen son can't get enough of this series of graphic novels. He reads them on long car rides and they keep him entertained. As an adult, these are not the highest quality graphic novels we have ever seen - in terms of style, design, storytelling and flow across the pages, this series is not the best. But I'm not the primary target for the book.Five star from kids, three stars from parents.

A Titan`s Curse Reviewed
The book came in great condition, and while it wasn`t the greatest graphic novel adaptation I`ve ever read, I really enjoyed seeing the characters come to life with the help of some simply stunning artwork. I read the original novel around the same time I read this, so that I could do an honest comparison and while a good chunk of what made the original so wonderful was left out of the graphic adaptation, I could see why it was, and the story that was left did hit on the major events that would help build the story up to it`s overall conclusion. While I can`t give it the full five stars I`d like to be able to, I feel that between the beautiful artwork and the results of the story do earn it the four I gave.
