You can use this for edge control and as a way to set your hair but use very little as it is thick and add it to something else or use water with it to make it less tacky. Activate with heat. It is a great product and doesn't cause hair breakage or damage. I also coat my hair with it under my wigs and it makes my hair grow healthy and strong.

As a natural 3B3C4A combination curly girl, I looove eco styler gel! When I first had an interest in wigs I notice the go to product for the sisters is that got2b glued freeze spray, which I also ordered but it will arrive a week later. I also saw this eco version with comparable packaging and quickly added to cart. The product is white with a creamy textured consistency. It smells beautiful, feminine and floral but still clean and I love that it’s water-soluble!! It goes into your hair like a conditioner and I was initially concerned because it took a while for the cast to set (overnight) but then it isn’t a firm turtle shell like typical eco-Styler gel but definitely holds the hair. I could definitely see my hair soaking this up so I had to use a generous amount but will happily buy this again for future use. It seems like this product would actually be great for making ponytails as well because it’s a conditioner with essential oils to help protect and nourish your natural hair while simultaneously giving strong hold.

I used this product for slicking my natural hair down into a ponytail and it keeps my flyaway hairs in place. When I want to change up my look with a wig, I use Got2Be glued wig or this one. I love this product instead of hair glue. Just spray with water and wait a few seconds to remove. Also, the smell is very pleasant.

I only like it because it hasn't tore out my edges other then that it doesn't work.

This product works great, I apply generously, fan for about a minute and tie down the hairline of my lace wig with an elastic band. It sticks well and the whiteness goes away. I find that it works and holds amazing if I use the elastic band but just ok if I use a regular scarf.

Item is not a good product. Does not work as expected. May have to return the item.
