The Garden Tea Lemongrass-Butterfly Pea. Non Cafeine,Suwirun

Well the title says it all! A friend turned me onto this gorgeous tea that has this natural indigo color from the butterfly Pea flower! When she told me everything it was good for I was amazed basically it is great for absolutely everything! It's not sweet and does not have much of a flavor but somehow it is hydrating and refreshing! I know some people like it hot but I literally make it in a big 2 gallon glass jar and keep it in my fridge with a Spicket… This is my go to drink❤️🧜🏽‍♀️

I love this tea! I am so glad I found it available in the States. However, it is very expensive. I’ll admit it is cheaper than going to Chiang Rai, where I bought it last time! If you haven’t had this before, it’s a beautiful blue color when you add hot water to it due to the butterfly pea, but lemongrass is the dominant flavor. No need for honey in my opinion. Lovely, unique gift for your favorite tea drinker too, if you can bear to give it away!

Absolutely love the flavor. As a diabetic, I can attest to the statement “Butterfly tea helps to regulate blood sugar levels”. It has helped tremendously and calms me very well, too!

I was first introduced to Butterfly Pea tea at a spa in Chang Mai. I knew before I headed back to the US, I had to get this tea. I purchased two bags of this brand to bring home. I finally ran out and luckily Amazon it. It is a very good tasting tea!
