I waited a few days to write this review, but these are my findings:PROs: It is an extra battery power case and it gives you extra juice when you need it. The instructions for use are very easy to follow on how to use the case and installing the case . there is a switch in the back you move left/right depending it if you're using it or not. I also love how slim design of the case.CONs: I have a few of these. The plastic material is something to get used to at first, I found it a bit difficult in the beginning finding a way to get a grip of the case as it can easily slip in. Also, I have been unable to get my phone to charge to 100% on my wall charger despite having sat in the wall power for almost 8+ hours. I also noted that the battery case charges the phone VERY SLOW. I used to own a different case who got submerged in water and stopped functioning, but this one just feels like the battery charges suspiciously slow.I think I will be returning. Thank you

Less than 24 hours and its broken.None of the side/power/volume buttons will move or work. The case goes all the way to the top of the phone so it is incredibly difficult to remove the phone from the case-which you have to do to turn off/on, adjust volume or lock the screen as those buttons are covered by the case which is too hard/thick of plastic to bend or allow movement. Its really useless. And the backup battery only charges the phone for about 15 minutes.

Great until the return time frame is over. The plug in port is very loose where the case gets charged from. The phone itself won’t charge from a wall outlet unless taken out of the case. It’s even become hit or miss on if the case will charge the phone. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

Worked great for a week. Then I would go to charge the case/phone at night and it would flash on and off about 10 times then stop charging the phone. Would charge the case. I would have to charge the phone so using the case only or take the phone out and charge. At least the case charger I could get about 3 charges out of it. A little bulky but not bad and was easy to get phone out if needed. Wanted something that I could charge phone and case at night and then use case as charger during day when my phone would die. Had to only use case to charge phone.

It charges the phone fine but it’s annoying that you can’t charge the phone and the case at the same time. Also there’s a useless power button on the back. And the charging port is too big so the plug keeps falling out

Charging cords will not stay in place to charge the unit. They fall out if you bump the table it is sitting on. If you don’t notice that it fell out you end up with a useless backup battery. I have tried several different cords. None of them stay in securely. Very disappointed.

It fits the phone great but then after a few months it works a little or doesn't charge the phone at all. Its now really just a case.UPDATE the provider responded promptly and sent a replacement. Great customer service
