it's a great gift for someone at office

I absolutely loved this the first two times I used it. I am an adult college student and love to keep my coffee or tea warm while I study. The third time I used the mug warmer, it all of the sudden cracked noisily (the glass) and sent a shard flying. I shrieked because it scared me so badly. Such a sad waste of money!!! :(

The coffee mug warmer held my beverage at a great sipping temperature. It worked wonderfully for a few months, then it shattered. Not sure the cause, I only used a glass mug. I would buy it again.

Scary! On only my second day of using this, I heard a loud crack and found shattered glass on my office desk. The glass had cracked from the heat, apparently. Dangerous!!
