Belly Band Gun Holster for Concealed Carry – Lightweight, Breathable and Adjustable Elastic Belt with 2 Magazine Holders. Fits Most Pistol Frame Sizes that can be worn in Multiple Draw Positions.

This is a good holster that would be good for almost any sub-compact pistol and compact pistols but it isn't a quick task to fit a full size 1911 or other full size pistols in this holster (It should be possible since it is elastic but it'll be a tight fit). It took a little bit of work fitting my Sig Sauer P229 in this holster but it works fine. Also, since there isn't any kind of solid retention system like kydex to hold it in place it doesn't really allow you to holster with one hand. A one-handed draw is possible but it requires that you pull backwards (or forwards depending on where you carry) to avoid catching your front sight on the holster. This is a great holster to use if you wear pants without a belt since you need a belt to wear pretty much any holster around your waist. It's also good if you don't want to bother getting a specific holster for each of your handguns since it'll fit most handguns (because why would you just have one handgun?) I usually wear size 32 pants and I got a small (I think it shrunk when I washed it but it still fits good). I recommend this product.Update: 07/16/2017I don't recommend this product (for larger than single stack subcompacts) anymore as extensive use has shown that it while it has not necessarily diminished in performance I have realized that it is not as stable as I had previously thought. I realize doing things like skateboarding while wearing this is not really what this product was made for but one time my Springfield Xd fell out of this belly band right onto the concrete which really upset me as I have skateboarded with other holsters that retained my Springfield just fine. I would recommend only using the smallest single stack pistols (or small revolvers) with this product as the band would have to be thicker and sturdier to securely hold a larger pistol with confidence in order to retain it during any sort of rigorous activity.

This band is less than four inches wide, and the elastic lacks strength. The Velcro fastener is strong, though. I have a small Baretta Model 70, and the elastic is not strong enough to keep it in the pocket of the band. I don't think it would carry a medium or large frame hand gun. I got the band because I thought it would provide a way to carry my firearm while wearing jogging pants, but I'm skeptical about walking with it, let alone jog. Not for me, Sorry, IGYS.

. Wear shorts and t-shirts 95% of time exactly what I need. Do not wear jeans or belt fitted pants. So this is ideal. Have a very heavy piece for home protection and slipped it in the belt which is secured by Velcro. It held the piece well without slipping. so it will work fine with a lighter smaller piece. Very impressed for the money. But great .

Arrived and functions as described. I was originally going to use it in the 8 o'clock position(lefty) but have been experimenting with it as a shoulder holster. Either position secures the firearm but with it being winter the shoulder position makes access to the pistol a little easier.I contemplated getting a wider belt - 5 or 6 inch - thinking it would be more secure. It may be - I don't know - but the 4 inch band secures well and is less like a girdle.

Great quality! Sizing was a little off, it doesn't fit me as well as I would like. Will keep this size for my husband and order a smaller size for me. But great quality and works great!!

Much better than the previous brand and I'm glad I found a 4 inch since I'm on the smaller side. My only 2 cents is that you have to make sure the Velcro is completely lined up or it'll irritate your skin to no end, other than that all is good!

Not really lefty friendly :( also, you'll need to align the Velcro perfectly or else it will be stabbing/scratching your belly. Other than that, it's rather comfortable and subtle.

I have been looking for a holster for my wife. She rarely wears a belt so we tried this. It fits a Ruger SR9c well. She finds it very comfortable and it seems to be well made (time will tell).
